Illustrated Wedding Table Plan Bright

How To Order

  1. Firstly use the contact form to get an accurate quote for the stationery you'd like. Make sure you say the quantity you need for both the day and evening invitations. It is important to remember that many people come together in couples or as a family so only one invitation is needed in this case, you don't need to order one invitation per guest. Also let us know what range of invitations you'd like. Quotes are tailored to quantity need and illustration time.

  2. If you want to go with me for your stationery then I need to book you into my calendar. I work alone so my time is limited and I can get booked up during busy periods. I will need to make sure I have the time to produce the stationery for you, I always ask your wedding date and venue when quoting. On booking  take a deposit, the amount will be stated on your quotation and this secures your place.

  3. I will send you an online form to complete, this helps me with all the details I need to get started on your stationery. I will want to know your colour scheme, flowers (if selected) and vision. If you haven't a vision yet, I can help with this.

  4. When I start the illustration/graphic work I will keep in contact with you via WhatsApp. Using Whatsapp means it's easy for you to send me images for illustration and also for me to send you quick updates as I work and your stationery progresses.

  5. I will send you a digital proof via email, it's expected you to check spellings, names, dates etc to make sure all is correct before going to print.

  6. You may give me feedback as many times as needed until we have your stationery exactly as you want it. Once agreed a final payment will be required before your stationery goes to print. Please make sure you have ordered enough to allow for mistakes or late guest add on's. It can be expensive to order an extra five or so if you run out. This is because of set up charges from printing.

  7. It usually takes 5 working days to print. Once it's ready I will collect them and complete any hand decoration, finishing and pack them up for you. A maximum time from going to print would be 2 weeks. Any rush orders can be completed sooner if stated on ordering.

How Long Does It Take?

On booking we would discuss when you want to give out your invites to your guests. I would plan to start your invites around 6 weeks before this date. All depends upon how quick you are at getting back to me with emails and messages and any modifications to your stationery. If there is a quick response it can take 3 weeks from the design stage to receiving your invites. As a general rule it takes 10 working days after approval to print and prepare your invitations. If you are in a rush for your invitations then please discuss this to arrange a convenient date.

How Long Before My Wedding Should I Give My Invitations Out?

Anything between 8 to 4 months prior to your wedding day. If you have given out save the dates then you don't need to rush, so go with 4 to 5 months. If you haven't given out save the dates then 8 to 6 months would be fine for you. However, if your wedding is at a busy time in the calendar, summer holidays, Easter or Christmas or is on a weekday when the majority of guests would usually be at work, then you need to take this into account to allow guests to plan ahead and book the time off work. Unfortunately there's no short answer to the question,  myself and your venue can help you decide the best time. Your venue should tell you when they require your final numbers. So there's a bit to consider before deciding but I am here to help you with this.
