Which Package To Choose?

When selecting your package please consider the amount of guests you have attending.

I do work extremely hard to get as many guests drawn as possible within the time we are booked and we begin to pre-warn people that we may not get them drawn when we know we are getting to capacity. Guests are very understanding about this.

At weddings the best time for live sketching is during the drinks reception. This means the daylight is good for sketching and painting, and it forms a great talking point and ice breaker between guests on their arrival.

My background as a fashion designer then art & textiles teacher has brought me to this current point within my career. I am highly organised, good at planning and not afraid of people watching or commenting about my work. I am very personable and easy to get along with.

I have a BA(HONS) degree in fashion so the sketches are very quick mini fashion illustrations that come very naturally to me.

I began live sketching in 2023 and I am available to speed sketch guests at weddings, christenings, baby showers, business/corporate events and parties.

Time To Mingle

I bring an assistant with me who helps taking photos of the guests. I draw from these photographs so your guests don't need to sit for the duration of the illustration, they can continue to have fun and mingle.

There is no queueing or waiting around, we wouldn't want to ruin the vibe of the celebration.

It truly is a family affair with help from my daughter, husband or nephew.

Full figure illustrations take around 3-5 minutes depending on the complexities of the outfits. I can do head and shoulder illustrations however this style isn't as popular.

The packages start from 3 hours for a more intimate wedding and go up to a maximum of 8 hours. I am sure there is something to suit your requirements, however I am open to changes should you wish.

Some Necessities

To work I will require your venue to supply a 5ft table and two chairs within your drinks reception area and preferable with good lighting or close to a power socket for winter weddings.
Only me (Rebecca) illustrates but I bring an assistant so I can concentrate on painting and they take photos and pack the finished illustrations.
It's speed sketching and our packages cover a number of people rather than based on time. We only draw a person once, we do explain this when we take photos. I hope you understand that this is to allow as many guests to go away with a sketch as possible, if you wanted people to have the opportunity to be drawn again, then a larger package is required.
I travel around Lancashire and the Ribble Valley including surrounding areas, Cumbria, Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Yorkshire, North Wales. Travel fees may be applied over a certain distance. Open to destination weddings enquiries too.
Booking requires a £150 non refundable deposit.
