Lancashire Hotpot Printed Tea Towel

Lancashire Hotpot Printed Tea Towel

A fabulous digitally printed tea towel with our Lancashire Hotpot design. Lancashire hotpot was said to have been created when many families worked from home spinning cotton. The pot would be put on in a morning and left cooking low all day, whilst the workers spun cotton. It is also said that for those without cooking facilities in the home, the dish was taken in a pot and baked in the local bakers bread oven, it would cook all day, then carried home in the evening, hence the name hot pot.

This tea towel is made from 8oz panana 100% cotton fabric. Hemmed on all four sides includes a hanging loop and care label.

Wash at 30c expect slight shrinkage after first wash.

We also do matching artwork to compliment this tea towel design.
